We pride ourselves on completing projects on time and within budget. For this project, K. Kuypers Construction waterproofed the walls, installed weeping tile, exterior foundation insulation board, and a sump pump.
Our method is less intrusive
With K. Kuypers Construction’s method of hand digging and experience, we only had to remove partial portions of the deck on the front and the back for this project. In addition, our team worked close to a fence without having to have it removed.
Our less intrusive method of working with existing structures supports our process goals of installing weeping tile and waterproofing basement walls. As a result, we keep costs down for reconstruction for property owners.
We have a green thumb too
At K. Kuypers Construction we work with property owners and try to sustain trees and shrubs.
During this project the home owner wanted to retain all of their shrubs at the back of their house. Our team therefore dug out the home owners’ plants, waterproofed the foundation wall, installed insulation board, a window well and replanted the shrubs and perennials.

During this project we tried our best to save the trees and shrubs, and at the same time accomplish our goal of installing weeping tile, waterproofing the basement walls, installing insulation board and window wells.

In addition, the K. Kuypers Construction team worked within confined spaces to facilitate keeping reconstruction costs down for the home owner (i.e., waterproofed the foundation walls, installed weeping tile and insulation board around the perimeter of this house, installed window wells and worked close to a fence without having to have the structure removed).
